- Our library offers OPAC, WWW and CD-ROM network retrieval systems for readers to use, and we also have a computer connection service to link to the Internet. It is the best way to assist citizens to grasp modern information and knowledge. Readers may apply to connect to the library computer.
- Our library has an Elementary & Junior High school Bibliographic Center which functions to set up the school libraries' computer connection, and assists the schools to check or download the bibliographic databases of our library.
- Our library will establish a“Reference-oriented database”to produce a faster and better reference-oriented inquiry service to the readers.
- Our library has been selected to be the Kaohsiung Social Education Network Center to coordinate with the Ministry of Education's“Social Education Information Network Plan.”The plan will combine the library, Social Education Hall, Culture Center and the Museum of Arts to establish a linked database, in order to increase the convenience for everyone to utilize the social education resources.
