The visually impaired may borrow and return books by post. The Sinsing Branch of this library has dedicated mailing pouches with a postal card inserted on them. The borrower should fill out his or her name and address on both sides of the card and the cut corner identifier should be in the upper right hand corner. When the borrower returns library material, he or she should turn the card over and place it in the pocket of the pouch so the cut corner is on the upper left hand side before posting.
