For personal library card, please present your ROC ID card, driver’s license, or household registration certificate. Mainland China citizens must submit entry/exit permit or legal residence documents. Foreigners must present resident permit (ARC) or passport to apply.

For family library card, the household member should apply with the ID card and the household registration certificate or a valid copy of the whole household registration. Each household is limited to one application.
