For many years Mr. Ha Jin Cheol has been actively working in the field

of library administration and dutifully providing various literacy cultural

services. He has a high cultural awareness and has promoted 49 public

participation projects, which have contributed to the expansion of

reading culture and the development of the library.
 

As the Director General of the Korean Library Association for Busan,

Ulsan, and Gyeongnam, and the President of the Korean Public Library

Association, Mr. Ha is strongly dedicated to the development of public

libraries and professional librarians.
